A founder of Care First Animal Hospital, Dr. Joseph Gordon has been practicing veterinary medicine for over 23 years. A graduate of the NC State College of Veterinary Medicine, Dr.

Dr. Page Wages is the Lead Veterinarian at Care First Animal Hospital's Oberlin location. Dr. Wages attended undergraduate school at St. Lawrence University in Canton, NY.

Dr. Deirdre Craven, the Lead Veterinarian at Care First Animal Hospital at Tryon, is a dedicated and compassionate professional committed to providing the highest quality care for pets.

Dr. Mendise's journey in veterinary medicine began when she graduated in 2008. In the initial phase of her career, she worked at a slower-paced small animal hospital, focusing on building her knowledge base and communication skills as a new graduate.

Dr. Katie Yau, a compassionate Veterinarian at Care First Animal Hospital, is dedicated to enhancing the lives of pets and fostering healthier, happier relationships between animals and their owners.

Dr. Ashley Peterson is an associate veterinarian at Care First Animal Hospital at Tryon.

Dr. Tori Consol, an Associate Veterinarian at Care First Animal Hospital, brings a wealth of passion and dedication to her role. Since joining the practice in 2020, straight out of veterinary school, Tori has become an integral part of the Care First team.

Dr. Jack Fullford, a compassionate veterinarian with a heart as warm as her hometown of Sarasota, Florida, has always felt a deep connection to the well-being of animals. Growing up amidst the beautiful landscapes of the Gulf Coast, Dr.

Dr. Azore's journey into the veterinary field began at Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine, where she pursued her DVM from 2020 to 2023, achieving the degree with highest honors.

As an Associate Veterinarian at Care First Animal Hospital at Oberlin, Dr. Jessie Overton brings a wealth of experience and a passion for animal care.
